Shipping to the US
For selected items, such as our pendants, U.S. import duties are already included in the selling price. Most copper pieces are currently unavailable for shipment. If you're unsure about your order, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Exchange and refund
We accept 14 days return for our buyers. Items must be returned in their original condition. If a returned item has been used or damaged beyond normal inspection, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
Handmade nature
Handmade items could have imperfections such as indents and bubbles, and vary slightly in color under different lights and monitor settings. However, this does not change or decrease its effectiveness.
