This necklace is made from natural yak bone and features a carved Om mani padme hum and Tai Chi. The chain length is adjustable from 38-76 cm (approximately 15-30 inches). The pendant is about 3 cm in diameter.
 
Om Mani Padme Hum, the most powerful mantra in Tibetan Buddhism:

The symbol represents the flow of opposing primal forces in the universe - good and evil, darkness and light.
 
Yin is passive, cold, receptive, feminine energy, while Yang represents masculine energy, movement, force, and heat. They maintain a balance between opposites, and each contains a small part of the other within it. Together, they symbolize harmony and the unity of dual forces.
